Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviews frequently commend the property for its cleanliness, with no negative comments on this aspect. The property is described as 'very clean', indicating a high standard of cleanliness.

The location is repeatedly described as beautiful, peaceful, and ideal for exploring Suffolk and Norfolk. Its rural setting is praised, although one review mentioned it was difficult to find, slightly impacting the score.

Comfort is a strong point, with guests mentioning a 'very comfy bed' and a 'cosy' atmosphere. However, one guest noted the all-in-one living space was not ideal, and another mentioned issues for taller individuals, which slightly lowers the score.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with the property being described as 'well-equipped'. A minor heating issue and intermittent broadband are noted, but these seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

While guests have expressed gratitude and mentioned 'lovely welcome touches', there is insufficient detail to assess the consistency or guarantee of such gestures. Therefore, a score cannot be provided.
