About this property

*Please note that the rear garden is not available for guest use and the sliding doors depicted in the photographs of the dining room are locked

Treen House is simply stunning. A newly renovated eco-friendly Edwardian house that overlooks Penberth Valley, this is nature-infused escapism at its best. Inside is a tastefully considered and eclectic mix of modern and vintage interiors, with pops of colour on walls and doors, floral and geometric prints, and original artwork. All three of its gorgeous bedrooms are ensuite and offer privacy, space and comfort. Two of the three have lovely valley views.

There’s a large, light and bright living room with wrap-around views over tree tops and down the valley; a landscape that remains unspoiled by development and offers plenty of opportunity for outdoor adventure. The kitchen has been designed to provide all you’d need for cooking and entertaining, and an open plan dining area creates the perfect place to converge together whether for meals, games or conversation.

Treen House is just 3 miles from Lands End and is perfectly placed for walking the coast path including the short 20 minute amble down to the fishing cove of Penberth, and the longer yet very worthwhile routes to Lands End and Cape Cornwall. Pedn Vounder Beach is a 30 minute ramble along the coast path while Logan Rock and the Minack Theatre are both less than 15 minutes away. The nearest pub is the 16th Century award-winning Logan Rock Inn which is less than a minute up the road and fabulous if you’d like to sample local Cornish fare in a beautiful setting.

The front door opens up to a fabulous entrance hall at the bottom of the staircase, with an enormous original artwork adorning its teal blue walls. Furnished with a coat stand, bench, mirror and console table
