Snaptrip says

Guests generally appreciate the cottage's prime location in Conwy, cleanliness, and the comfort provided by amenities such as a steam room. The property is praised for its proximity to local attractions and ease of access to public transport. While some guests have suggested improvements in facilities and maintenance, the overall experience is seen as pleasant, with the property offering a cosy and relaxing stay.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Most reviewers find the cottage to be spotlessly clean, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, one review mentioned a dirty decking area, which slightly impacts the overall cleanliness score.

The location is highly praised for being in the heart of Conwy, with easy access to local amenities, public transport, and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring North Wales.

The cottage is generally considered comfortable, especially for couples, with a relaxing living room and stylish bedroom. Some guests felt that additional seating and a side table would enhance the comfort level.

Facilities like the kitchen and bathroom are well-received, but there are several mentions of maintenance issues such as a non-working towel rail and a lack of certain amenities like a hairdryer and ironing board, which affects the score.

There is no consistent mention of gifts or welcome packs, and while one review negatively noted their absence, it is not a recurring theme across the reviews. Therefore, a score cannot be provided, and guests should note that such amenities are not guaranteed.

Conwy, a World Heritage Site, is unquestionably well-known around the world for its historical and architectural legacy, yet the centre of the town is a hive of busy activity. There are numerous specialised stores, eateries, and motels in addition to its traditional festivals and fairs, musical performances, galleries, and tourist attractions. Conwy Castle, which was constructed for King Edward I between 1283 and 1287, is still regarded as one of the finest examples of mediaeval military construction. The castle's unusual, elongated shape—complete with two barbicans, eight enormous towers, and a large bow-shaped hall—was likely influenced by the castle's location on a small rocky outcrop.

Spacious with a very large comfortable bed and despite central location peaceful and quiet. The shower incorporates a steam facility so after a long day walking or exploring the beauty of Conwy and the surrounding areas you can have a relax in it. The owner responded to our enquiries very promptly and sent all details pre arrival. Conwy has it all from countryside to coast with a lovely little marina and local wooded area with coastal walk and the cottage is an ideal place to stay

A dishcloth would have been useful or at least a new sponge scourer as the one there had been well used by previous quests also a couple of dishwasher tablets would have been a nice touch. The teabags were unusable as all stuck together and mouldy, obviously not been checked for ages. No hairdryer and the starter pack for the wood burner, as promised, was not there and had not been emptied since previous user. No information pack, pretty standard in holiday let’s, shouldn’t have to rely on a phone text for WiFi details. A small side table really needed in the sitting area to put a drink on and the windows needed cleaning. Attention to detail really needs to be improved, a below average place for an above average price, sadly would not recommend.
