Pretty good and secure parking for the car, but only one slot; this may have been a problem if our (adult) children had joined us from a different part of the country. We had a lovely seek in St. Ives; but to be fair, we had unusually good weather for the time of year (late September).

I really liked the little extras, a beach bag and beach board; which my daughter loved using! The only thing I think could be improved is the outside area was dirty and could do with jet washing. But that was a very small issue on a very lovely holiday for us.

Positioned close to railway and st Ives town. Main bedroom superb with on suite shower room. The lounge and kitchen area was well equipped with everything we needed. My mother in law has difficulty with her mobility and uses a wheelchair. She comfortably manoeuvred around the property which delighted her. The additional outdoor area and parking space was a very welcome extra. We had a lovely stay. We felt it was a little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. We couldn’t fault the accommodation. We were welcomed with a very thoughtful welcome gift of Prosecco, Cornish apple juice(which was gorgeous) biscuits, milk, tea and coffee. They even left a packet of dog biscuits. Unfortunately we lost our dog before we could take her away with us, but we really appreciated the thought. The whole area was very dog friendly for those wanting to take their dogs on holiday. Most shops and pubs allowed dogs. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
