The property's comfort and quiet location, despite being close to amenities and beaches, are frequently highlighted. Some minor maintenance issues are mentioned, but overall, the property is highly regarded for its welcoming atmosphere and excellent facilities.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The reviews do not directly comment on cleanliness, but the absence of negative remarks and the use of terms like 'beautifully equipped' and 'really clean' suggest that guests found the property to be very clean.

The location is generally praised for being quiet and close to the beach and local amenities, though one review mentioned the beach was a bit too far to walk with dogs. Proximity to the A1 and occasional background noise are noted, but do not seem to detract significantly from the overall experience.

Guests describe the beds as comfortable and appreciate the property's spaciousness and secure gardens. The presence of a wood burner and the property's ability to accommodate groups comfortably contribute to a high comfort rating.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and powerful showers. However, some reviews point out maintenance issues such as a problematic shower door and fridge, which slightly lower the score.

While guests express appreciation for the property and its amenities, there are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches provided by the hosts. Therefore, it is not possible to assess thoughtfulness based on the reviews provided.
