Guests that stayed at this property said

Several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, including cobwebs and dust. However, the property is not described as unclean overall, suggesting that while there is room for improvement, the standard of cleanliness is slightly above average.

The location is described as great and quiet, with the property being set back from the road. No negative comments about the location suggest that guests are generally pleased with it.

Guests find the furniture and beds comfortable, and the property spacious. There are minor comments about the conservatory furniture being less comfortable, but overall, the comfort level is high.

While the property is well-equipped, guests have noted missing items like oven gloves and smaller saucepans. Maintenance issues such as a doorknob coming off and a light bulb being out are also mentioned. These are areas that could be addressed to enhance the guest experience.

There is no mention of gifts or welcome packs being provided or expected, so it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness of the host in this regard. Therefore, this score is set to null.

Plenty of space for everyone great garden for our dogs to have a run about. If it had more mugs that's the only thing as there is lots of plates & dishes & only 8 mugs once in dish washer . You have to wait for another cuppa . A mirror in the bunk bed room too is the only thing I can think of we 7 adults enjoyed our stay very much.

My husband vacuumed every room on the walls etc. Only one bin bags for rubbish and the dishwasher had no rinse aid in it and no cleaning products to keep the house clean whilst there we had to buy cleaner rinse aid and had to descale the kettle. One light bulb was out in bathroom upstairs and a bulb out on extractor I’ve hob and light in utility didn’t come on at all. We had to fix the bed in second bedroom as it gad not been connected correctly and the lats kept falling out. We removed bedding and cleaned before we left and can guarantee it was in a much cleaner condition.
